With more than 17 years experience in the senior living and healthcare industries, Noreen Cadawas-Padilla is our lead Senior Living Consultant. She began her career as a medical assistant before transitioning into the role of Resident Relations Manager at The Plaza Assisted Living and Senior Director of Sales & Marketing at Kalakaua Gardens.
Noreen is an expert in anticipating the needs of others and bridging the gap between providing professional care with genuine compassion and personalized care. She genuinely enjoys getting to know her clients and their family members.
Giving back comes naturally to Noreen who in her spare time enjoys volunteering at various senior living community events and activities—her favorite is serving as team captain for the Alzheimer’s Association annual walk. She also enjoys spending time with her family and traveling with her husband, E, and her daughter, Paige.
Eustaquio “E” Padilla
Resident Relations Consultant
Eustaquio "E" Padilla was raised on the island of Kaua'i and graduated from Waimea High School. He received his Bachelors Degree in Communications at the University of Hawaii, Manoa. He worked for the State of Hawaii in both the Department of Transportation and the Department of Social Services.
After 18 years, E retired and started his career in the Assisted Living industry. He worked for Kalakaua Gardens, an Assisted Living Community as the Resident Relations Coordinator. He was responsible for move-in and Move-out coordination as well as all social events at the community such as ice cream socials, entertainment and "Talk Story Time" with the residents
E volunteers at various senior events and activities in the community. In his free time, you will often find E singing and playing his guitar at family gatherings or at church, where he served as worship leader for many years. He loves to cook, travel and spend time with his wife Noreen and daughter Paige.
